UPDATE 7-14-20: Designated States with significant community spread will be posted on the State DOH website and will be updated weekly.  Passengers should check this site frequently as the information will change as often as daily, as rates of COVID 19 transmission increase or decrease.  Passengers arriving on a non-stop flight into ROC from a destination in a Restricted State will be met by NYSDOH representatives to complete the NYS Traveler Health Form.  Any passenger coming from a Restricted State should also complete the NYS Traveler Health form below, and place it in the NYSDOH dropbox located in the center of the baggage claim.

State Dept of Health Interim Guidance: "The requirements of the travel advisory DO NOT apply to any individual passing through designated states for a limited duration (i.e., less than 24 hours) through the course of travel.  Examples of such brief passage include but are not limited to: lay-overs for air travel..."

There are also exemptions in place for first responders and essential workers.

Traveler Update: COVID-19 and #ReadySetROC

ROC Airport follows the guidance provided by public health experts at the Monroe County Department of Health and federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) during any public health incident.  In addition, the ROC Airport routinely disinfects and cleans high traffic areas at the airport like handrails, escalators, elevator buttons, restrooms, food court etc. ROC has increased hand sanitizer stations available to passengers throughout the airport and will continue to coordinate with our airport tenants and monitor interagency protocols.

Airport Tours & Scout Sleepovers

**NOTICE ** In light of the recent developments related to COVID-19, the ROC Airport – based on suggestions from the Monroe County Department of Public Health – is suspending our Airport Tour and Sleepover program. 

Thank you for your understanding. We apologize for this inconvenience and we will let you know when airport tours/sleepovers become available to rebook in the future.

Greetings! The ROC Airport welcomes students and other organizations to our facility for educational tours and Scout Sleepovers. Tour/Scout Sleepovers are booked online, here, using our reservations calendar. Tours/Scout Sleepovers are available for children in Grade 2 and higher and are tailored to fit the age range appropriate. Tours/Scout Sleepovers are offered at pre-determined days and times as listed below. No two tours or sleepovers are alike! In the event of inclement weather or other unforseen issues - ROC reserves the right to cancel tours/scout sleepovers at any time - we will work with your organization to find an appropriate alternate date based on availability.

  • Tour: 9:30AM to Noon (free)
  • Scout Sleepover: dropoff is at 5:30/6:00PM Friday, pickup is at 9:00/10:00AM Saturday ($25 fee per scout group). Scout Sleepover's are held two Friday's each month (except June, July & August when no Scout Sleepovers are held). Our booking tool allows you to search and book Scout Sleepover's one year in advance.
